Abbey of Our Lady of the Holy Trinity

That seems like a mouthful! But I guess it's no less so than The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, right? Back in May we drove to Huntsville to visit the Trappist Abbey and pick up some jam, which is actually made at a different Trappist abbey back East. We were hoping to get the local grown honey but the abbey stopped selling it awhile ago because there are not enough monks left to take care of the bees and run the farm. I find other religions and their practices fascinating and even though it was not our church it was very peaceful to meditate for a bit in the silence of the Trappist chapel, with the light from the stained glass window streaming in, and to watch one of the monks slowly and meticulously lay out a table cloth in preparation for Hours.
