One of my gifts from John for Christmas was an F1.9 lens for the Mamiya. We shot a few pictures at the butterfly pavilion, but haven't had a chance to use up the rest of the roll. Hopefully they turn out. We figured a new, used lens was a better economic choice than a new Contax or Hasselblad, though the glass on their lenses are a lot better. That's the way it goes with hand me downs and teacher salaries, but I'm not complaining. Old cameras are fun, especially when they are free and have the touch of sentimental value coming from the hands of a relative.
